Back to school season is a great time to discuss and set boundaries and expectations.  Help youth be successful this school year by utilizing the following tips.

Set up a Daily Routine
Creating a daily routine can help us feel more in control of the day, and allow us to make room for all that needs to be accomplished.

Reduce Screen Time
Reducing screen time can improve sleep patterns and increase attention.

Have Meaningful Conversations
Encourage open dialogue daily regarding activities, friends, and interests. Model good coping skills and set expectations for behaviors. Kids are more likely to listen when they feel heard & know they have someone who cares.
