Vaping Violation in Montevallo

In 2021, a partnership between Impact Montevallo, Montevallo Police Department & Montevallo Municipal Court established a city-wide vaping violation to deter anyone under the legal age of 21 to possess or use a vaping product. A substance use class is offered monthly in lieu of court fines at the discretion of the judge.
